Barack Obama’s latest nominee for The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission signed a petition that praised polygamy.
World Net Daily reported:
President Obama’s nominee to become commissioner for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission signed a manifesto praising polygamy and arguing traditional marriage should not be privileged above other forms of union.
Chai Feldblum, an outspoken homosexual rights activist and Georgetown University law professor, is a signatory to an online petition entitled “Beyond Same-Sex Marriage: A New Strategic Vision For All Our Families and Relationships.”
The organization defines itself as “a diverse group of nearly twenty LGBT and queer activists [who] came together to discuss marriage and family politics as they exist in the United States today.”
The manifesto, first noticed by the Catholic News Agency, calls for a “new vision” for securing governmental and private institutional recognition of “diverse kinds of partnerships.”
Among the stated “partnerships” the petition seeks to protect is “households in which there is more than one conjugal partner.”
The petition laments what it claims are conservative attempts to push for “abstinence-only sex education, stringent divorce laws, coercive marriage promotion policies directed toward women on welfare, and attacks on reproductive freedom.”
Feldblum is one of the many rightwing haters who signed this nutty manifesto:

Nevada Secretary of State Ross Miller, a democrat, told Eric Shawn on FOX News that ACORN was hiring convicts still in prison -CONVICTED OF IDENTITY THEFT- for canvassing voters.
Ross said that by executing a search warrant at ACORN headquarters in Nevada the authorities were able to substantiate charges and have a very solid case against ACORN. They believe they can prove that it’s not just a few bad apples it went much higher up in the organization. Ross believes that ACORN and the regional director should be held accountable for the criminal activity that took place in the state.

Ross Miller: Obviously we believed that it went much higher on the food chain. That ACORN had a quota system in place and they were paying individuals this black jack. That encourages voter registration fraud and that is why it is important that we go after them and charge them criminally and try to obtain a conviction. They constantly say we have a bad apple. We have a bad a bad employee like most people do. Clearly that’s not the case. This is an organization that came to Nevada and hired people that were still in prison convicted of identity theft that were on work release programs for canvassing voters… There’s a transitional housing facility, Casa Grande, down there. ACORN approached them. They hired individuals that were still in prison. Some of them were convicted of serious offenses, identity theft. A violation of state law that these inmates should not have had contact with people’s personal information. Those were the individuals that were our canvassing people.
This is not the first time we’ve seen convicts used for canvassing. In 2004 another federally funded far left organization America Coming Together was fined $775,000 in civil penalties after the election. ACT hired dozens of felons some convicted of sex offenses, assault and burglary – to conduct door-to-door voter registration drives in Missouri and other swing states. Seven of the ACT employees lived at Missouri halfway houses and at least four were later returned to prison.
No wonder the killer Iranian Regime supported Obama last year.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Saturday that his American counterpart Barack Obama has accepted at the recent meeting of the UN General Assembly that torture exists in US prisons.
“…during his speech at the UN, he (Obama) announced ‘I have ordered a ban on torture in the US from now on’ and it means that it already exists,” Ahmadinejad said, addressing the opening session of the third general assembly of the Islamic Radio and Television Union.
“On my first day in office, I prohibited – without exception or equivocation – the use of torture by the United States of America,” Obama said in his speech at the inauguration ceremony of the UN General Assembly.
“I ordered the prison at Guantanamo Bay closed, and we are doing the hard work of forging a framework to combat extremism within the rule of law. Every nation must know: America will live its values, and we will lead by example,” he added.
Around 220 inmates, who are totally deprived of international POW rights, including those stressed in the Geneva Treaties on POWs, are still incarcerated in the US Mediaeval-type prison in Guantanamo Bay in southeast Cuba, where they are tortured to death.
Nice work, Barack.
FOX News also reported that Ahamdinejad scolded Obama today:
President Ahmadinejad also told Obama today in his speech that he made a big mistake. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad challenged that view in a speech Saturday, saying that Iran voluntarily revealed the facility to the IAEA in a letter on Sept. 21. He said that was one year earlier than necessary under the agency’s rules.
According to Iran, they revealed their secret nuclear facility on Monday the 21st. Obama, along with the leaders of Great Britain and France, confronted the regime days later on Friday the 25th.
